Twiton 27

While not exactly high tier Challenge viable, I enjoy using this deck occasionally in Narrative. You'll have Willpower issues if you don't get good 2 willpower Hobbits from Raise the Shire, but you can use Aragorn's surge and some events to combo slam objectives and hazards. Room for improvement, but it's mostly just to make sure I've started publishing my decks.
