This is my modified version of a deck that windrunner put on discord.
The general idea is the same as most other successful decks, in that the goal is to hard control Sauron. Use Arwen to keep your heroes in good condition. Use Gimli to smash enemies. Use Éowyn to pick up on whatever is needed. Use the wide array of threat reduction to avoid threat events, and use your allies to block attacks, and activate Éowyn and Gimli.
Star Brooch goes on Gimli and Éowyn. Self-Preservation typically goes on Arwen.
Mulligan for cheap allies and Dwarven Axe.
