Dominator Silva 2
SUMMARY
I've beaten the entire Campaign and all of the Encounters several times over using this deck. I believe it's definitely the best starter-to-end-game deck one can make without fail.
This deck has a bit of everything, but ultimately revolves around the heroes and their abilities; Dis' OP guard specialty, Arwen's upkeep heal, and Legolas' upkeep attack.

STRATEGY
First priority, get Dis his Raiment of War & Dwarven Axe ASAP in order to one-shot enemies using his protected guard ability. Legolas will clean up weak and flying enemies and Arwen can purely focus on , if not hazards. Second priority, play Gandalf as soon as you have 6 coin (for him and Narya). Use cheap allies in order to survive, do damage, save coin for ideal lineup allies, etc.
IDEAL LINEUP
Every other Ally has a temporary purpose:
- Zigil Miner for coin
- Grateful Escapee/Northern Survivor for
- Westfold Outrider/Greenwood Defender/Galadhon Archer for quick, cheap
INTERCHANGEABLE CARDS
- Elven Blade can be switched out with A Good Point in order to dissuade attackers from Arwen as she is only relied on for
- Grateful Escapee can be switched out for any Event you so choose (I typically opt for another Gaining Strength) as there is typically enough willpower support in this deck with Imladris Minstrel, Northern Survivor, and Gandalf
