First, I think more people should use the sideboard when building decks. It is extremely helpful for making small tweaks over time and trying new things to see what works best.
This Deck's strengths are using Faramir's card draw and access to the heal cards while still playing a ranged damage dealing player, the blue decks stalwart Star Brooch, and threat management, and Aragorn's ability to go twice in a round (3x with stalwart) and pair himself with Zigil Miner to give him the energy to do so.
The decks weakness is it lack of access to the attachments in the tactics deck which are slightly better than the leaderships ability to block and add damage. I have a version of this deck with Gimli instead of Aragorn and I am still trying to decide which one I like better. What I am hoping to figure out is which one of these works best for each situation or quest.
The other thing i like about this deck is its ability to give you access to 6 cards that provide instant guard ( Forest Protector, Guard of the Citadel, Erkenbrand). if you have completed Carion you also have access to Northern Survivor which gives you an ally with stalwart. All of these cards and the extra action cards I mentioned above should provide you with such a tempo advantage that you won't miss the tactic's deck.
Faramir also makes the deck excellent for Multiplayer. I wont play multiplayer without Faramir now.
