The purpose of this deck is to equip Enduring Valor on Gimli, so that he can absorb a lot of hits. You will often also use Lock Shields on him as well. When fully powered up, Gimli has 6 , enough to 1 hit most enemies in solo. The optimal setup is Dwarven Axe, Raiment of War, and Enduring Valor. Daughter of the Nimrodel is probably the strongest heal currently in the game, and will almost always be on Gimli. Between Daughter of the Nimrodel and Arwen's innate heal, i found that Beorn's Hospitality was often used to mass heal my board, as a lot of the minions end up damages, between Veteran of Nanduhirion and enemy attacks.
Most of the rest of the deck is simply ways to heal Gimli, and heal in general. Self-Preservation is for either your other heros, or Veteran of Nanduhirion, whose extra health actually matters a lot here, turning him into a cheap tank with counter and regen. The extra Dwarven Axe is either for Veteran Axehand, Veteran of Nanduhirion, or even Erebor Record Keeper on occasion. Gandalf should almost always be used to reduce threat here.
And finally, sometimes, Gimli will die. On those occasions, use Houses of Healing to resurrect him, and play your any supporting attachments you still have on him again.

Another really nice use of Enduring Valor. I'm very interested to compare this to Sudsywolf's "Valorous Aragorn". Your deck trades the readying effects and resource generation of Leadership for the increased attack power of Tactics.
Nice work.
